Open to all children ages 8-18
Our Golden Age Revue would showcase a selection from an assortment of musicals from the Golden Age of theatre (1943 - 1960), including but not limited to Oklahoma, Cinderella, Annie Get Your Gun, Kiss Me Kate, and Guys and Dolls. The revue will feature mostly group numbers with each student having the opportunity to work on a solo (if interested), building their confidence as performers and allowing them the opportunity to learn valuable performance skills that they might not have the time to thoroughly work on in a mainstage production.
Course Objectives:
introduction to Golden Age of American musical theatre
introduces music performance in a safe and encouraging environment
performance of a song in front of an audience
staging a song
performing a solo vs as an ensemble

Open to all children ages 10-12
Ready to level up your theatre game? This 6-week advanced musical theatre class for ages 10-12 dives deep into character work, vocal skills, and choreography. Get ready to tackle music, refine your acting, and command the stage with confidence.
Within this course the students will:
Grow within confidence
Learn how to do a character analysis
Work on acting beats and vocal technique through a song of your choice
Practice teamwork by doing short scenes in groups

Creating movement is designed to give actors an understanding of what the body can do. From blowing like the wind to growing like a tree, creating movement will allow actors to develop ways to enhance their acting through their bodies. Discover new ways to tell a story through the art of self expression, improv, and movement.
Please note that this is not a dance course and no prior dance experience is necessary!
Within this course the students will:
Develop skills to tell stories through body language and movement.
Gain understanding of creative freedom.
Strengthen confidence in decision making.
Enhance acting through body manipulation.

Get ready to sing, dance, and act in our Beginning Musical Theatre class! It's six weeks of pure fun for 6-9 year olds who love to perform. We'll learn easy songs, simple dances, and act out scenes. No need to be a star already—just bring your energy and get ready to shine!
